1. General Terms
These Terms of Purchase regulate the process of ordering, payment, delivery, complaints, returns, and unilateral termination of contract for products offered in the Studio Aeterra online store, available at https://studio-aeterra.art.

The buyer is any natural or legal person who orders one or more products through the online store.
By using the online store and ordering products, the buyer accepts these Terms of Purchase.
2. Product Prices
All prices in the online store are expressed in euros (EUR). eurima (EUR).
The prices displayed next to each product are valid at the time of placing the order. The seller reserves the right to change prices, discounts, and promotional offers without prior notice, while the buyer is charged according to the prices valid at the time the order is completed.
3. Ordering Products
Products are ordered electronically through the online store cart.
The ordering process includes:
- selecting the product
- adding the product to the cart
- entering billing and delivery information
- selecting the delivery and payment method
- confirming the order
Orders can be placed 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
After receiving the order, the buyer will receive an order confirmation at the e-mail address provided.
The seller reserves the right to refuse or cancel an order in the event of:
- incorrect or incomplete information
- product unavailability
- an obvious error in the product price or description
- suspected misuse
If the ordered product is no longer available, the seller will notify the buyer as soon as possible.
4. Payment Methods
The buyer may pay for the order using one of the available payment methods, such as:
- card payment
- bank transfer / transaction account
- PayPal
- cash on delivery, if available
The exact available payment methods are displayed during the checkout process.
If online card payment is used, the transaction is processed through a secure payment processing system. The seller does not have access to the buyer’s full payment card details.
5. Order Confirmation
After successfully placing an order, the buyer will receive a confirmation by e-mail.
Confirmation of receipt of the order does not necessarily mean that the contract has been concluded, but only that the order has been recorded. The contract is considered concluded when the seller confirms that the order has been accepted for processing or delivery.
6. Delivery
Delivery is carried out within Croatia / the EU through delivery services listed during the checkout process. Hrvatske/EU putem dostavnih službi koje su navedene tijekom procesa kupnje.
The delivery time depends on:
- product availability
- order processing time
- delivery address
- selected delivery service
Estimated delivery times are shown during the order process or in the delivery information.
Upon receiving the shipment, the buyer is required to check whether there is any visible damage. If the shipment shows visible external damage, the buyer may refuse to accept the shipment and notify the seller.
7. Delivery Costs
The delivery cost is displayed before the purchase is completed and depends on:
- the total order value
- any special delivery conditions
If free delivery is available above a certain amount, this condition will be clearly stated in the online store.
8. Handmade and Personalised Products
The online store offers handmade, unique, or personalised products, and the buyer accepts that minor variations in colour, texture, dimensions, or finish may occur.
Such variations are a result of the nature of handmade production and are not considered product defects.
For products made to order, made according to the buyer’s specifications, or personalised products, special delivery, exchange, and return conditions may apply.
Personal Data Protection
Buyers’ personal data is collected and processed exclusively for the purpose of processing orders, delivering products, communicating with the buyer, and fulfilling legal obligations.

10. Electronic Communication
The buyer accepts that all communication related to the order, notices, confirmations, and other content may be delivered electronically to the e-mail address provided by the buyer during registration or ordering.
11. Changes to the Terms of Purchase
The seller reserves the right to amend and supplement these Terms of Purchase at any time.
All changes take effect upon publication in the online store and apply to orders received after the changes have been published.
12. Final Provisions
These Terms of Purchase are governed by the laws of the Republic of Croatia.
In the event of a dispute, the parties will attempt to resolve the dispute amicably. If this is not possible, the competent court in the Republic of Croatia shall have jurisdiction, unless otherwise provided by mandatory regulations.
